We didn't get home until 5:30. Long day, surgery was delayed nearly two hours, THEN, when I FINALLY got to go back to recovery, I nearly passed out! I couldn't believe it. I guess it was all the blood... smell, I don't know, but I was very embarrassed. We were up every four hours to make sure not to miss his pain medications. The bleeding has finally started to ease up a little, still draining/bleeding, but at least started to slow down some.
Long night last night; kids were nuts, but that was to be expected after they didn't see us all day.
Some friends of ours brought us dinner from Sonny's last night and other class members are bringing for tonight and tomorrow. I'm thankful for that.
Kids are in and out....gotta run. Thanks for the prayers.
