I was listening to WEGS 91.7 this morning. Dale had Don and Jen on the air with them. They were celebrating their 10 year wedding anniversary today. In recognition of their 10 year anniversary, they are renewing their vows. What is even more admirable though, is that they 91.7 FM are asking their friends and family to donate canned goods to a food pantry of their choice, whether to a church food pantry or food bank, whatever you choose. When you do that, they want to know about it. To date, just friends and family have given over 600 cans of food. (They came up with this idea because when they researched gifts for a ten year anniversary, it stated tin, aluminum.) If I'm not mistaken, the goal was for 1,000 cans of food to be given.
