FINAL Day At 50% Profit!

I just wanted to let you know of some changes that are taking place with AVON. Starting in Campaign 20 (September 8th, 2009..... which is tomorrow....Tuesday), new Representatives will receive 40% profit on their first four campaigns, not the 50% as it has been for so many years.

TODAY, is the last day I can sign new representatives up to receive the guarantee 50% profit for their first four campaigns.

What does that 50% discount cover, ANYTHING in the campaign books that are not marked with a star. Items with a star are out-sourced items and those are discounted at 20%.

After your first four campaigns (8 weeks), your discount/profit is based on your sales. As long as you order $25 or more a campaign, you will receive at least a 20% discount. Just think, EVEN IF YOU HAVE NO DESIRE TO SELL AVON TO OTHERS, you can still get ALL your items at a 20% discount AFTER the first four campaigns!

Think of how much money you spend at the grocery store or Wal-Mart or department stores on bath soaps, deodorant, make-up, moisturizers, jewelry and so much more.... now imagine receiving a discount just by being your own customer!

There is a $10 start up fee; BUT, what that start up fee covers are books for two campaigns to hand out, samples, online training information, customer invoices, credit card slips and an AVON bag. I actually lose money with all that I put in my start up bags. AVON is not taking your money.... you are simply paying for your start up costs.

I look forward to hearing from you if you are interested in being signed up. If you are not interested, remember AVON orders are due Tuesday by 9 a.m. for Campaign 19! You don’t have to be local for me to sign you up…. I’d love to get you started!

Thank you!!

Beauty Tip

OK, I know some of you are AVON Reps, and I know some of you aren't my customers, or even use AVON products at all, but I learned something new a few weeks back and like to share what I learn to help EVERYBODY! My husband says I put in an AVON commercial with every blog post, and I honestly don’t mean it to be that way, I am just so excited over what I am learning. I am going to try limiting my mentioning of AVON to a weekly post, probably on Friday’s, but we’ll see. My life doesn’t allow me to blog on a regular schedule. I hope you will take a minute to read the following tips.

Did you know there is a particular way you are supposed to cleanse/treat/moisturize your skin?

Did you know there is a different routine for evening and morning cleansing/treating/moisturizing your skin?

Well, if you answered no, print off this page and put it by your bathroom and make up mirrors!

A.M./DAY

~cleanser

~treatment

~moisturizer (use your pointer finger and middle finger, rubbing upward)

~eye cream (use your ring finger and blot, do not rub!)

**let your moisturizer and eye cream set for about 10 minutes before applying foundation**

**Use your cleanser and moisturizer on your face AND your neck!**

P.M./DAY

~cleanser

~eye cream (use your ring finger and blot, do not rub!)

~treatment

~moisturizer (use your pointer finger and middle finger, rubbing upward)

**Use your cleanser and moisturizer on your face AND your neck!**

ALSO, did you know that if your skin is flakey then your skin is actually oily, not dry?!

*If your skin is normal, use a lotion moisturizer

*If your skin is dryer, use a cream moisturizer

*If your skin is oily, AVON carries Clearskin which can be used on all oily skin

Regardless what products you use ladies, I encourage you to take care of your skin. I am learning so much with these AVON Training Courses/Classes that are FREE! If you are interested in bringing in an extra income, I would love to sign you up. There are even customer’s that sign up just to buy the products at a discount, that’s OK. I can assure you, you will have more people wanting to buy from you when they find out “you sell AVON!”

Broken Record...Sorry:)

Long day today; left at 7:45 to take Chris to work, then to do errands which included grocery shopping at Sam's and Wal-Mart, paid bills, lunch with a friend and chasing a 4 year old around. Christopher actually did really well today. We had an incident while at the Wal-Mart on Creighton Road. LaPage in the Produce Department was a life saver! I told her she earned jewels on her crown in Heaven.... I don't know if she knew what that meant, but she was a jewel today.

I don't want to sound like a broken record player, but I have to tell ya'll just how much I am enjoying selling AVON! AVON offers many, many online courses to train its representatives. I have learned so much! The reason I started selling AVON was not because I was such an avid user of AVON products; in fact, I rarely used any AVON products prior to selling it! But, I had been praying, "Lord, if it is your will that I stay home with my children, then you will show me how I can bring in some extra income." After weeks of praying, looking into AVON and Mary Kay, and Tupperware, I sensed the Lord pulling me towards AVON. The first day I signed up I started studying, asking questions and buying samples. I needed to find what products I wanted to use and liked. I am still trying many items and buying lots of samples, not only for me to try, but to give a way to try building my clientele. One thing I love about selling AVON is my website! I can have customer's from across the world with the click of a button! Isn't that cool? We have free shipping sales ALL THE TIME, so anybody that isn't local can buy products from my online store and get the same benefit of a local rep and at no extra cost! My person web site is www.youravon.com/spaden. If you are reading this, and you have never tried any AVON products, please give it a try! AVON offers a 100% money back guarantee. IF, for any reason, you are not happy with any of our products, you are reimbursed, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!

Also, AVON's start up cost is very little! For $10 you get a start up kit including campaign magazines, samples, all kind of information... it's great! My website cost is $7.50 every campaign (bi-weekly); BUT with just one online order, I am reimbursed that cost. So far, I have had that fee reimbursed every campaign. If you are interested in earning a little extra money, I would love to share you more information about my AVON experience. You can email me at thepadens@cox.net.

I just got off the phone with my sister-in-law. She and her family are coming down a week early. My kids will be thrilled. Sheri's kids will be staying over here at night as space is very limited at Lucie's. Lucie came through the surgery well. Hopefully the surgery will stop the tremors in her hand/arm and the numbness in her feet/toes.

OK, thinking of feeding everybody Saturday is starting to stress me out and I have a house to clean for kids to be here every night. I feel my stress level rising.

More Later.

Chris' Surgery

Chris is having sinus surgery Thursday. We would appreciate your prayers. Twenty years ago he "deviated" his septum by running into a fence playing softball. They also plan on reconstructing that as well.

Kids are going crazy already this morning, so I'm off. We have AVON books to go hang on doors today. We are also going to go see Kung Fu Panda at the Rave. They have a free summer series that blesses us every summer.

Walking in Him today.

Here We Go Again.....

Kayla's clothes are ironed and ready for tomorrow's photo shoot. She is supposed to take between 6 and 8 outfits. They have a hair and make-up person there. Kayla's never had it like this before! I know she is looking forward to it.

We leave around 6:30 a.m. Hope to be home by 3ish. Would appreciate your prayers for travel safety to and back. Also, need to ask you to pray for an unspoken prayer need.

Hopefully will post pics tomorrow from the photo shoot. Also, some of the AVON websites will be down tomorrow. You can shop on my website at www.youravon.com/spaden. The websites will be back up by Sunday afternoon/evening.
